We regret that there is no lift access to the passenger lounge onboard MV Alfred at the moment (while we await the arrival of a replacement part). Passengers with restricted mobility that are booked to travel, and have not already notified the booking office of their requirements, should get in touch as soon as possible. We are doing all we can to rectify the situation and sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.
