Loyalty Card Schemes
We have a Passenger Loyalty Scheme in place for all our regular customers. Each card is valid for five months, so if you make at least one return crossing per month, you get one journey for free!
Simply pick up a card from either of our terminals or on board ship from the Purser. Each time you travel bring your card to the Purser’s office for stamping. After nine single trips you will receive your 10th free!
Terms and Conditions: This offer is for passenger travel only and applies to payment on the day of travel, on account, or online. The card and its use is restricted to the named cardholder only. Stamps can only be obtained from the Purser on the day of travel. Please contact our offices for further information.
We also have a loyalty scheme for teas and coffees in the ship’s cafe. Please ask at the cafe counter for more details.
Return Foot Passenger
We offer a 50% discount scheme to benefit adult foot passengers accompanying children on the ferry or making an immediate return journey from St Margaret’s Hope.
Terms and Conditions: The discount will only apply to adult foot passengers travelling from St. Margaret’s Hope to Gills Bay and back on the next immediate sailing. The discount does not apply to passengers starting a return journey from Gills Bay.
Full payment will be taken on the outward journey and the return trip will be free.
The discount cannot be applied to a child fare but they can still use a Loyalty Card.
Please inform the Purser or Customer Services staff when paying on the outward journey that you intend to claim the discount on the return part of your journey.
