MV Pentalina returns to service 21 July 2022
While the MV Alfred is in dry dock in Belfast, the MV Pentalina will operate on the Gills Bay – St Margaret’s Hope route.
The service will operate to schedule, but there are some exceptions to the level of service on board:
- The café will be serving a limited menu, which excludes hot food choices, but includes hot drinks, soup, sandwiches and snacks
- Unfortunately, due to the late arrival of a replacement part for the passenger lift, we will be unable to accept passengers that require lift access at this time
- Onboard toilet facilities are limited, so we would encourage passengers to use the shoreside facilities before boarding
- There is no dog lounge onboard the vessel, but passengers are welcome to bring their dogs on to the outside deck.
The company apologises for any inconvenience, and would like to reassure passengers that they are doing all they can to bring MV Alfred back on the route, so that normal service can resume as soon as possible.
