We are recruiting a Cook to join our Catering team.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of crew and passenger meals
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and catering budgets
- Routine cleaning of the galley and food stores
- Maintaining and practicing a high standard of hygiene at all times
- Knowledge of all safety requirements for catering staff and ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Knowledge and application of Food Safety/Hygiene legislation
- Customer care
You’ll need:
- ENG 1 Medical Certificate
- STCW Basic Safety Training (including refresher training where required)
- Crowd Management and Crisis Management Training
- Food Hygiene Level 3
- Passenger Ship experience would be an advantage
