We are recruiting a Cook to join our Catering team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of crew and passenger meals
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering and catering budgets
  • Routine cleaning of the galley and food stores
  • Maintaining and practicing a high standard of hygiene at all times
  • Knowledge of all safety requirements for catering staff and ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Knowledge and application of Food Safety/Hygiene legislation
  • Customer care

You’ll need:

  • ENG 1 Medical Certificate
  • STCW Basic Safety Training (including refresher training where required)
  • Crowd Management and Crisis Management Training
  • Food Hygiene Level 3
  • Passenger Ship experience would be an advantage
